AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Futures through Finance, an unincorporated association (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We operate the website FuturesFinance.org and any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting Contributions, you grant Futures through Finance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your Contributions for purposes related to operating and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your Contributions.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms and to take appropriate action if violations occur, including restricting or terminating access where necessary.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Legal Terms.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

The Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without notice.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futures through Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futures through Finance from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.

16. USER DATA

We may maintain limited data that you voluntarily submit to the Services for operational purposes. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy any legal communication requirements.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Futures through Finance regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
